These terms apply to your use of uglysociety.us and any purchase from Ugly Society. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the site means you accept the changes.

1. Products

We try to show every product's colors, prints and details as accurately as possible. Colors can look different on different screens, and distressed or washed pieces can vary slightly from item to item. Those variations are part of the look and aren't defects.

2. Pricing & payment

All prices are in US dollars. We can change prices at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders with pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order you've paid for, you'll get a full refund.

3. Availability

Drops are limited. Items can sell out at any time, and we don't guarantee restocks.

4. Shipping & returns

Shipping is covered in our Shipping Policy and returns in our Refund & Return Policy. Both are part of these terms.

5. Intellectual property

All designs, graphics, logos and content on this site belong to Ugly Society. Don't copy, reproduce or resell them without our written permission.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Ugly Society isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product involved.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas, United States.
