Shipping policy

Ugly Society is packed and shipped by us, from our home base in Beebe, Arkansas.

Processing

Orders ship within a few business days to a couple of weeks, depending on order volume and the item. When your order ships, you'll get a tracking number by email. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.

United States

Delivery times depend on the carrier once your package is on its way.

International

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your destination and package. You're responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or fees charged by your country. We aren't responsible for delays caused by customs.

Address issues

Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We aren't responsible for orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly. If you notice a mistake, DM us right away and we'll try to fix it before your order ships.

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking shows delivered but you don't have your package, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then DM us at @uglysociety.us on Instagram or email us. We'll help you sort it out with the carrier.
