At Ugly Society, we move fast and ship with purpose. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order to your door.

Processing Time

All products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 3–7 business days before shipping. This is not a warehouse — your gear is printed fresh, just for you.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

Delivery times are estimates and begin after your order has been fulfilled, not when it is placed.

International Shipping

We ship to 27+ countries worldwide via USPS and DHL. International delivery typically takes 10–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by their country. Ugly Society is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Use it to follow your order every step of the way. Allow up to 48 hours for tracking info to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, check with neighbors and your local post office first. If it's genuinely lost, contact us at soryn2woe@yahoo.com within 30 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
