Refund & Return Policy

Every Ugly Society piece is made on demand — printed specifically for you when you order. Because of this, we operate differently than traditional retailers. Read this before you buy.

All Sales Are Final — With Exceptions

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer's remorse or change of mind
• Incorrect size ordered (please check our size guide before purchasing)
• Color variations due to monitor/screen differences

We WILL make it right if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective
• You received the wrong item
• There is a print quality issue (misalignment, fading, significant color error)

In these cases, contact us within 30 days of delivery at soryn2woe@yahoo.com with:

1. Your order number
2. A clear photo of the issue

We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your call.

Sizing Issues

We strongly encourage reviewing the size guide on each product page before ordering. Because items are printed to order, we cannot accept returns for sizing errors. If you're between sizes, size up.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not yet started. After that, your order is in production and cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
