Refund policy
We want you to love your piece. If something isn't right, here's how returns and exchanges work.
Returns & exchanges
- You can return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Exchanges for a different size or color depend on what's in stock.
- You pay return shipping, unless the return is because of our mistake (see below). Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Items marked final sale can't be returned or exchanged.
How to start a return
DM @uglysociety.us on Instagram or email us with your order number and what you'd like to return or exchange. We'll send you the return address and instructions. Please don't mail items back without contacting us first.
Damaged, defective or wrong item
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and we'll cover the shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Cancellations
Need to cancel? Contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel any order that hasn't shipped yet.
